My style of massage arose from summers giving relaxation massages at guest ranches with winters of sports massage in ski towns. The result is a thorough massage you can feel with the flow and fluidity that allows your body to sink into a deep state of relaxation.

REIKI
🌿 30 + 60 minute options 🌿
Research shows that receiving Reiki for both emotional support and physical healing are better than the placebo. I like to think of Reiki as being held by love. It helps your nervous system breathe a big sigh of relief. From this relaxed state of being your body can go about the work of healing itself.
