PRACTICE WITH THE OPPOSITE SEX
We don’t typically confront our relationship challenges until we are in one full of those challenges! Receive reflection and relationship support from peers and the opposite sex in a safe, growth-oriented space away from your relationship.
The Curriculum
WEEK 1: OPENING CIRCLE
Let’s get together and feel alright!
This week is all about getting cozy as a crew. We’ll get to know one another and lay the ground work for our journey ahead. We’ll discuss our individual intentions for this group and cultivate the safety & trust needed to deep dive together.
WEEK 2: RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS IN THE MODERN WORLD
Using the lens of the masculine and feminine archetypes we explore the modern landscape of dating and the challenges that come with that (i.e. online dating, gender roles, obsession with autonomy and independence, etc).
WEEK 3: HOW TO CREATE HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
This week we explore boundaries as a tool for safe pacing in your relationships and creating the space for more of what you want. How do you and your partner (past or present) honor each others boundaries?
WEEK 4: ROMANCING THE SHADOW
A foundation built on wounding is not stable ground to build the relationship you crave. This week we will identify and get to know our key wounding patterns so that you can attract healthy partners.
WEEK 5: WHAT DO YOU DESIRE
This week you will differentiate between needs, wants and desires and explore what it is to build a relationship from soulful knowing. If you find that are often unsatisfied, settling or over compromising in relationships then this module is for you!
WEEK 6: THE ART OF KEEPING AN OPEN HEART
How do you respond to setbacks, disagreements and uncertainty within your relationship? This week we explore the edges of where we close off or guard and offer tools for staying centered & open-hearted in challenging times.
WEEK 7: THE LOVE SEAT
This week 3-4 participants will have a chance in the “love seat” to receive direct support from the group on just about anything you want. Game on!
WEEK 8: CLOSING CIRCLE
Relationships will forever be a dance of ever changing rhythm. We’ll end our time together sharing our new dance moves so-to-speak and anchoring your insights into tangible steps you can groove to on the main stage of your relationship life.

Who Is This For?
This program is best suited to singles - both actively dating or enjoying some time off - ready to transform the way they do relationships.
Groups are limited to 8 participants with 2 co-ed facilitators. We do our best to have diverse groups. All gender-identifies & sexual orientations are welcome.
